Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the U.s.-Motors H5P3D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Us-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Electrical-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Unisys product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Motors such as the HD25P2E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the U5E1DC manufactured by Us-Electrical-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Electrical-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 68870054005 by Manufacturer Unisys as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Valmet Brand AIU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Uni-Bridge-Logic such as SPSK7571 equipment made by Uni-Bridge-Logic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Uni-Bridge-Logic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Uni-Bridge-Logic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7W01256 made by Uticor-Technology as well as the popular VF20 original spares produced by Valsteam-Adca

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NXL0075C2H1SSS0000 by Vacon and SPSK7571 spares by Uni-Bridge-Logic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UJ25P1DM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer U.s.-Motors.
